About the role

We're looking for a Brand Manager to join our team in Paddington. As part of our Marketing, your key responsibilities will include

  • Create a detailed marketing plan for the Festivals that meets known customer needs, reaches new customer audiences and optimises use of channels and ensures robust effectiveness tracking
  • To work with the Head of Marketing and the Festival Directors to determine and implement a new and coherent Content Marketing Strategy, incorporating but not limited to Lions social media output, that ensures maximum engagement from key target groups
  • To support the Head of Global Representatives on leveraging the global network marketing partners to achieve KPIs. Creating and delivering assets to support the reps network.
  • To write timely, accurate and inspiring communications briefs for the internal design and content generation team in order to produce highly-effective creative communications
  • Identify and deliver affiliate and/or partner marketing where required that delivers customer value
  • To work closely with the Head of Marketing to optimise how we plan, manage and measure Lions marketing activity, and to ensure that the leadership team is always informed about agreed key KPIs - performance vs target, YoY, CPA, CPR etc
Your experience
  • Ideally a ,inimum 5 years’ experience in client or agency side marketing department
  • Experience in business to business and/or paid-for events marketing is desirable but not essentia
  • Brand literate – strategically and creativel
  • Experience of briefing and managing agencies to deliver great creative comm
  • Analytical experience regarding marketing effectiveness tracking, and how to plan end to end campaigns
  • First-hand experience of the back-end of CRM systems and customer data management is essential
  • Knowledge of the healthcare communications industry is a plus, as is a second European language
