Role Overview
Lions Festivals seeks a Co-Ordinator to work in the Jury department, reporting into the Jury Director and assisting the Jury Director as well as the Jury Manager. The role will be admin heavy, helping out where needed to ensure the smooth running of the department. As this is a new role, it will be evolving throughout the year and different tasks will be assigned to this role.

Key Accountabilities
  • Compile the list of nominations from Reps before the jury selection process commences. Keep this updated.
  • Learn how to use Salesforce and the Jury Journey.
  • Collate jury acceptance forms, bios and photos and ensure master spreadsheet is kept up to date.
  • Ensure all code of conducts are signed and available for PWC.
  • Assist Jury Manager with airport transfers in Cannes, prior to the Festival and on site. This will include VIP transfers where approved.
  • Jury Welcome Packs – manage the collation of the packs before Cannes and the distribution of them onsite.
  • Visa applications where applicable.
  • Updating Jury Programmes.
  • Checking press releases and ensuring all jury details are correct, as well as all details are correct on our website.
  • Assisting on a day to day basis.
  • This role relates to all our Festivals.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required
  • Excellent admin skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of the advertising and communications industry a bonus.
  • Intermediate/advanced knowledge of all Microsoft packages (advanced Xcel a plus).
  • Knowledge of Salesforce a plus.
  • Strong administrator - must be highly organised to ensure deadlines are met and that multiple tasks can be managed effectively.
  • Exceptional attention to detail – we strive to ensure that everything we deliver is at a premium level.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Must be able to manage stressful situations.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workloads in order to reach tight deadlines.
  • Ability to take ownership of a task and look at ways of improving it.
  • Proactive and positive approach to their work.
  • Must be a quick learner and able to pick up processes easily.
  • Prepared to muck in and help where needed.
  • Hard working, enthusiastic and dedicated work ethic.

  • Able to travel for 2 weeks in June
