About the role

We're looking for a Sales Account Manager to join our team in London. As part of our Sales team, your primary goals will be to achieve revenue targets by selling Clavis Insight solutions to target customers and to manage the relationship with these customers. Your key responsibilities will include:

Lead Generation
  • Identify and contact potential sponsors or buyers in target companies – via various means, including events, social media and cold calling
  • Leverage personal contact base to identify sales opportunities
  • Follow-up on leads and contacts provided by marketing
  • Create sales opportunities within existing Clavis customer base, grow the business with key accounts
Sales Execution
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities
  • Build relationships with sponsors/influencers in customer organizations
  • Work with customers to uncover opportunities to deploy Clavis Insight and Services
  • Work with customers to define business benefits
  • Carry out sales meetings, presentations, demos
  • Prepare sales proposals and price estimates
  • Negotiate and close deals
Your experience
  • Proven success in selling technology solutions to large/global enterprises (8+ years)
  • Highly committed, target driven individual with exceptional track record of consistently achieving target (including “Club” participation or similar performance recognition)
  • Experience in selling to consumer brands and retailers and experience working with digital marketing and/or eCommerce organizations of large consumer brand manufacturers a plus
  • Subject matter expertise in e-Commerce, business analytics or digital marketing solutions
  • Ability to understand and articulate complex sales propositions and experience in selling data-related software/solutions
  • Effective at networking/relationship building with a strong contact base in Clavis target customers and markets
  • Able to work effectively in a small, distributed organisation
  • Excellent customer interaction skills
  • Willingness to travel. ~20% travel expected
