One Click Retail created the first Amazon Market tracking and has set the industry standard for Market Share measurement and eCommerce data analytics. One Click boasts the largest roster of FMCH companies in eCommerce including P&G, Unilever, Sony, Hamilton Beach, Nestle, Panasonic, and more. Revenue is generated predominantly through recurring annual subscriptions to the company's eCommerce Dashboard & eComm SEO products which provides insights to help customers drive sales through Amazon and other eCommerce retailers.

Role Overview

We have a large team of Client Operations Specialists responsible for managing and processing time sensitive data on a weekly basis. We’re looking for a manager to help lead the Operations Team to success through innovation, continuous process optimization and leadership. The Client Operations team is responsible for onboarding customers, setting up and managing their catalogs. We provide data to our clients that shows their sales and share of the Amazon marketplace, as well as many other key details that enable the client to make important business decisions.

This position will be involved in training and mentoring team members. We want someone with a strong sense of responsibility for the processes they will be responsible for managing. Attention to detail is a must, and be able to work in a fast pace, quickly growing environment. We need someone with great communication skills that is able to relay technical information to groups in the company that are less technical.

Key Accountabilities

· Manage a team of Client Operation Specialists and Data Analysts

· Work with Technical Operations Team to ensure data quality

· Process and deliver client dashboards on a weekly basis

· Manage Client communication

· Support team members and manage tasks and workload

· Manage JIRA board

· Train, hire and manage team members

· Work directly with Client Operations team to ensure client satisfaction

Skills, Experience & Qualifications Required

· BS in Operations Management or related field

· Experience managing an Operations team (1-3 years)

· Experience managing Data entry teams is very valuable

· Ability to clearly communicate ideas and technical decisions

· Great communication skills

· Experience working with customers, setting up and delivering upon expectations

· Self-driven and organized

· MySQL experience a plus

This position is required to work at the Salt Lake City metro area office.
