About the role
Due to a sustained period of growth, we’re looking for a confident, proactive and driven Client Development Manager to join our ambitious Sales Team focusing on identifying new business opportunities within our existing customer base. This role will be c.50% account management and c.50% business development and is a mix of office based and face to face meetings. Working in a team of 7, this role is essential in supporting the growth ambitions of the business.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Full responsibility to retain all customers across a defined territory, upselling to increase client value, and ensuring that customer expectations are consistently exceeded.
  • Building strong relationships with clients to genuinely understand their business
  • Agreeing service requirement and working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery of agreed terms across client base
  • Managing customer complaints with the ability to provide service solutions to varied and changing problems
  • Competently present and position the DeHavilland service and web portal to all levels within the DMU, on the phone and in face to face meetings
  • Weekly forecasting of renewals based on customer satisfaction and account status
Your experience  
We are looking for an honest, self-motivated individual who is professional in approach and driven to succeed in a fast paced, KPI'd environment. We’re looking for:
  • Degree Level
  • A minimum of 3-5 years relevant sales experience is essential
  • Proven track record of subscription/solution selling within a B2B information provider
  • Political Sector Experience is ideal but not Essential
