About the role
We're looking for a Client Value Specialist to join our award-winning Account Management Team; working remotely, this is a field based role and can be based in Reading, Berkshire, Surrey or Southampton and will be focussing on a dedicated portfolio of clients within those areas.  

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • The Client Value Specialist is responsible for improving system usage across a designated group of existing customers. Thus ensuring that they are securing maximum return on their investment.
  • An outgoing, highly organised and confident individual you will deliver system training, advice and analysis to new or existing users to ensure positive progress is being achieved.
  • Dealing with clients primarily on the telephone and face to face in a confident, persuasive but professional manner you will gain a clear understanding of how the client works and align our service to maximum effect. 
  • You will also be responsible for delivering effective user training workshops face to face and via the telephone using an online presentation tool.
 Your experience  
  • An understanding of Glenigan selection criteria and its application.
  • Knowledge of Construction Industry and how to win work
  • In depth knowledge of Glenigan Website and services (desirable)
  • Knowledge and competent use of Microsoft products, particularly MS Excel, Word and Power Point.
  • Full Driving Licence (Clean) – minimum 3 years’ experience
  • Previous experience, minimum of 3 years working in an office environment.
  • Dealing with others over the telephone and face to face in an account management, training or sales role.
  • Training or giving presentations in a group situation, with competence and confidence.
  • Excellent administration skills including good diary management
  • Ability to deal with pressured situations in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent relationship building and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organisational skills

  • Behave with a high degree of professionalism at all times.
  • Reliable, self motivated and self managed with strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent timekeeper.
  • Portray a presentable appearance in keeping with Glenigan Company image when on client visits.
