About the role
We're looking for a Commercial Operations Manager to join our team in Bournemouth, for a maternity cover contract. As part of our Account Management Team, the key purpose of this role is to drive and maintain high levels of account handover compliance for on new customers, renewal and new business reporting, commercial management support and account management contingency support.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • New starter and internal Salesforce training
  • New sales to account management customer handover
  • Co-ordinating customer dispute & query resolution
  • Maintaining Salesforce dashboards & reports, weekly reporting & compliance to salesforce and workflows
  • Commercial & order processing cover & point of contact for day to day business enquiries
 
Your experience
  • Salesforce experience
  • Knowledge of subscription business
  • Knowledge of rolling renewal contracts
  • Minimum of 5 years business work experience
  • Prior experience of working with delegated authority to get others to complete tasks
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of professionalism
  • Ability to understand clients’ current working methods and objectives, through clear, logical questioning and align our service accordingly.
  • Confidence, clarity, empathy, patience and professionalism when handholding clients through complex tasks.
  • Thoroughness in maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Relationship building
  • Objection handling
  • Ability to drive standards across the business
