The Marketing Coordinator role is a key component of the One Click Retail marketing team, responsible for project management, tracking, and execution of key field marketing programs.
This is a highly visible role that will require someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate has experience in and proclivity towards project management. Desirable traits include: attention to detail, learning quick, a strong analytic skill set, ability to work well with ambiguity, a want to finish the job, and strong communication skills.
The Marketing Coordinator role is a full-time position based in our Draper, UT office that will report to the Marketing Manager.
  • Coordination and execution of field marketing plans; includes pre-event activities, event execution, and post event field.
  • Support a broad mix of marketing programs across multiple OCR teams
  • Support OCR team demand and communication execution including webinars, events, newsletters, etc.
  • Consistently report on program metrics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Collect pre and post-event metrics and KPIs.
  • Aid in management of OCR’s event calendar.
  • Execute on OCR-led field tasks.
  • Qualify leads and setup marketing campaigns around field activities.
  • Creation of marketing insights and analytics content.
  • Intermediate to expert knowledge of Excel is vital.
  • Experience with Salesforce, MySQL, Powerpoint, and marketing automation platforms (eg, Marketo) preferred, but not required.
  • Candidates with previous experience in a marketing environment will be given preference.
  • Proven ability to work and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
