About the role

We're looking for a HR Manager to join our team in Salt Lake City, Utah. As part of our Human Resources team, your key responsibilities will include:
  • Provide support, education and action plans to high- to mid-level management regarding employee development, discipline and coaching
  • Desire to help others through career development by planning and implementing training tools, assessments and performance appraisals
  • Comfortable and confident handling human resource questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems Role accountability
  • Be a key thought partner to human resource practices and support the process of turning broad ideas into actionable findings and recommendations

Your experience 
  • 5+ year human resource or related experience
  • Proven experience in applying well-developed problem solving skills (quantitative, conceptual, analytical)
  • Manage and maintain current and past employee records
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Human Resource practices, policies, and legal compliance to provide guidance to individuals throughout on-boarding, selection, training and recruitment
  • Ability to anticipate shifting priorities
  • Logical thinker able to identify and articulate core meaning throughout all levels within an organization
  • Proven experience with implementing human resource programs through talent acquisition, recruiting, benefits, and law compliance
  • Ability to make the best decision possible from human resource procedures, policies, and legal compliance knowledge and understanding
