Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Account Executives (AE's) to drive B2B sales for One Click Retail
  • Create documents to support sales calls including PowerPoint presentations
  • Pull data, manipulate data, tease out insights that are relevant in supporting AE sales calls
  • Manage creation and edits for client contracts
  • Arrange sales calls and appointments; coordinate and create Outlook calendar events for AE’s
  • Arrange and manage software trials for potential clients; troubleshoot or otherwise escalate issues as they arise
  • Coordinate travel and manage related expense reports for AE’s

Candidate Specification:

  • Strong written and verbal communication (email, phone presence)
  • Attention to detail; strong note taker, effective meeting follow up, typo-free, consistent presentation formats
  • Enthusiastic personality; personable presence, happy to help attitude
  • Analytical background/aptitude: ability to identify inconsistent data, pushes data to make sure it’s right
  • Assertive follow through; gets stuff done, makes sure AE’s get things done, supporting where needed
  • Commitment to hard work and continuous improvement; ambitious to move into sales role
Other Skills:

Powerpoint; creating sales decks, snapshots/data validation, proposals
Excel; eagerness to learn, basic Excel skills such as pivot tables, VLookup; account sizing, snapshots, data validation,
Eagerness to learn SQL
Word; proposal and contract creation and maintenance; tracking changes/review
Outlook; email management, set up appointments, alert AE to Sundown Rule
Renewal/Upsell; scoping ideas, managing calendars
Travel coordination and expense management
Salesforce experience (desirable)
