WGSN, with global offices and over 6,000 customers, works with every Retailer on the Fortune 500 and key fashion brands across Europe, Asia, Latin America, and North America. WGSN group provides solutions to the fashion, retail, CPG, and interiors markets across Product development, marketing, customer segmentation, and more.
Opportunity: In partnership with the Associate Art Director/Senior Graphic Designer, the Lead Designer helps drive the conceptualization of the editorial content. The Lead Designer is mainly responsible for completing various design projects with a focus on data visualization. Our design projects range from original reports design/direction, bespoke presentations and various other collateral.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Creates multi-language global design under the creative guidance of the Head of and Associate Art Director
  • Maintains on brand consistency within all design projects
  • Liaise with other departments to acquire design parameters
  • Creates dynamic content layouts and templates
  • Proofs and leads design direction to Senior Graphic Designers
  • Researches new design trends to keep our design fresh and new 

  • With a focus on data visualization and infographics
  • Will work on a project start to finish with some direction, whilst still being innovative, original and a problem solver.

  • Degree in graphic design, visual communication or related field required. 

  • Must have in-depth knowledge of data visualization and infographics. Strong skills in Adobe Suite.

  • Knowledge of HTML and CSS a plus.
  • Relevant experience working for an online website, magazine or design studio required.
  • Minimum five years of design experience 

  • Excellent organizational skills; must be able to handle multiple projects and produce a high volume of quality work within tight deadlines.

  • Self-motivated and able to work independently yet still be a team player, comfortable with following direction and receiving feedback as required. 

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills required.
