Your Career

Ascential employees never stand still: they know there is always More To Learn, More To Offer and More To Be. We believe it is vital to create an environment where people can be their best, improve skills and gain experiences across our businesses worldwide.

To achieve this, we commit to supporting the development of employees through learning and development, encourage people to personally develop skills and learn from colleagues, both at the annual company conference, through our leadership Alumni programme, our Sales Leaders Forums, and day to day working lives.

The effort, dedication and passion to improve and succeed is recognised through our Elite Programme open to all employees across the Group. Outstanding contributions and exceptional achievements of Top Performers are celebrated at regular events, quarterly celebrations and once in a lifetime holidays.

Million Makers

People are our passion and we dedicate ourselves to helping others outside of the business world too.

We are a Patron of the Prince’s Trust and employees have continued to dedicate time to help disadvantaged young people get a better start in life. In 2015, the Million Makers team worked tirelessly to turn a £1,500 seed fundraising support into £90,000, leading to recognition with an Above and Beyond award.

GOSH

We continue supporting the pioneering, world famous Great Ormond Street Hospital for Sick Children in London. Over the two years we have supported the hospital, we have raised more than £130,000. We also give dedicated employees time to volunteer for an organisation or charity that helps those less fortunate, and match certain fundraising.

Responsibility in our actions are vital to our ethics, and we bring a conscious effort to be environmentally friendly in our practices by working with landlords and employees globally to minimise waste and maximise efficiency and recycling. We also proactively reduce our travel carbon footprint by using webinars and video conference as much as possible.
